Why Did I Leave Computer Science and Switch to the "Soft Sciences"
I have a (much) younger step-brother that is (working on) his MD.
He had usually looked up to me and my successes in the the computer sciences, but when I announced I was changing careers into the Recreation Therapy, Music Therapy, and Research Psychology realms, he was astounded, and didn't understand why I would go to something so soft and squishy, that is so hard to prove scientifically, etc....
